Looking to hire a Personal Assistant for the CEO of SAYN. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Organize calendar, oversee meetings + appointments, send reminders and follow ups
  • Email communication management
  • Research + plan complex travel arrangements for him + his family (booking flights, hotels + transportation for personal trips)
  • Schedule appointments for doctor visits, car service, etc
  • Run errands, such as taking vehicles to + from vehicle maintenance appointments, gift pickups + delivery, and other
  • Assist when clients arrive at the office, including food orders, greeting clients + meeting prep
  • Manage home insurance and home maintenance requests as needed
  • Manage family phone plans
  • Manage vehicle insurance plans for family
  • Open and review mail, communicating important information + deliver other office mail to appropriate departments
  • Pay bills as needed
  • Manage various projects as they come
  • Organize files in Google Drive, upload important documents as needed + file appropriately
  • Ad hoc requests for him and his family
  • Maintain discretion + confidentiality at all times
