Description
We are seeking a full-time candidate to join our Information Technology support team at iCare Health Solutions and our affiliated companies, which include physician practices and multiple corporate office locations in Tampa and the Miami tri-county area.
Essential Functions
Manage the onboarding and offboarding of users.
Provide onsite desktop support including the use of hardware, software, and cloud-based applications.
Create/remove users in Office 365 and Exchange email.
Analyze, reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to specific and general functionality.
Partner with various departments to ensure software products meet the needs of the customer.
Assist with setup, configuration, and installation of devices, equipment, software, printers, and other peripherals.
User provisioning and de-provisioning.
Document break/fix activities in the online ticketing system and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
Maintain inventory and other spreadsheets/databases.
Take and prioritize telephone, email, and helpdesk inquiries, as well as determine when to escalate to upper-level IT.
General assistance with office technology-related issues as needed.
Requirements
Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
One to two years of experience in IT.
High school or equivalent diploma.
Experience with Office 365 suite.
Experience supporting email.
Ability to work in Active Directory to onboard and offboard users.
Understanding of basic IT security principles.
A+ or similar certification.
Ability to lift heavy items such as printers.
Attention to detail and the ability to document and log equipment movement.
Requires traveling to troubleshoot and provide support at multiple offices and field locations.
Preferred Skills
Bilingual (English and Spanish).
The compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets.
