POSITION SUMMARY
The President will be responsible for overseeing several members of the leadership team and driving the organizations success. The responsibilities include executing on short and long-term company objectives as defined by the C-suite, building relationships with clients and key stakeholders, working with Leadership to establish partnerships to grow the brand, finding opportunities to increase revenue, and ensuring the proper allocation of resources.
You should have excellent outward-facing communication and leadership skills, strong networking ability and excellent knowledge of the health and wellness landscape.

OBJECTIVES
- Work with leadership to set the budget and KPIs and drive the organization to hit established targets
- Partner on the development and go-to-market strategy of new services and products
- Streamline operations to improve client and patient experiences and maintain profitability, including optimizing supply chains, improving service delivery, and ensuring smooth, scalable processes to support growth
- Ensure client and patient relationships are maintained with the highest level of care
- Identify operational gaps and motivate the team through remediation
- Partner with senior leadership to ensure projects are prioritized across collaborating departments
- Ensure that delivers a superior consumer experience at every touchpoint, from online engagement to in-person services
- Develop and execute strategies for role optimization within a high performing, multi-disciplinary team to include RNs, NPs, PAs, and administrative support
- Develop strategic partnerships with other companies, healthcare providers, or wellness influencers to expand reach, credibility, and offerings
- Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory practice standards
- Analyze data to identify under/over utilization, improve resource consumption and promote potential reduction in cost
- Enhance quality of care consistent with strategic goals and objectives
- Partner with B2B relationships to drive value in both organizations
COMPETENCIES
- Knowledge of the health industry compliance, licensing and regulations
- Possess financial acumen in order to develop budgets, incentive metrics and project hiring needs
- Ability to successfully lead from an operational standpoint during a Merger or Acquisition to set up both business for success and lead to a streamlined integration
- Can adapt quickly, implement strategic pivots, and guide the company through market challenges
- Possess intermediate knowledge of effective marketing strategy and how to reach the target audience
- Expert sales knowledge and full understanding of the Product Suite and service offerings
- Ability to engage with high-profile clients and ensure an elite experience is maintained
- Can lead the team with inspiration and guide them through challenging periods within the organization
- Ability to provide strategy and direction for process creation so the team is able to execute and scale successfully
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 10 years experience in an Executive role
- Experience in the health & wellness industry preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to sit at a desk or computer for long periods of time
- Travel required 25%
