Role Overview: As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining exceptional relationships with clients. You’ll be at the helm of planning and executing digital strategies for a diverse portfolio of advocacy, campaign, corporate, and public affairs clients. This role requires a strong background in political campaigning, expertise in client-facing roles, and a willingness to travel regularly to meet with clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead social media, advertising, and digital fundraising strategies for diverse clients. Collaborate with designers, videographers, and developers to ensure client goals are met. Act as the primary point of contact for mid- and senior-level clients, managing relationships and providing strategic direction. Monitor industry trends, share insights, and proactively consult with clients. Manage large advertising budgets for high-profile projects. Work flexibly, adapting to political cycles, including primaries, debates, and election events. Mentor team members and encourage collaboration across departments. Advocate for clients, ensuring their needs align with project deliverables and timelines. Qualifications and Skills: At least 2 years of professional experience in political campaigns, advocacy, marketing, or online advertising. Exceptional writing skills for both short-form social content and long-form fundraising communications. Proven strategic thinking and client consulting abilities. Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and their technical capabilities. Ability to handle multiple projects across different sectors and clients. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Experience in Republican or conservative political campaigns, advocacy, or think tanks. (Preferred) Expertise in online advertising strategy or media buying. (Preferred) Graphic design or creative production experience.
