As the VP, Retail Networks, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that drive growth and innovation in the retail media space. This leadership position offers the opportunity to spearhead commercial activities, optimize media campaigns, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, all while leading a high-performing team.

The role is based in Miami, FL, and offers the flexibility of a remote work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to drive new business and create value for both retailers and brands.

  • Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key retail and brand partners, offering tailored media solutions.
  • Content Management Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of content management systems with large-screen networks, ensuring dynamic content delivery across retail environments.
  • Campaign Management: Manage and optimize media campaigns, ensuring they align with partner objectives and deliver maximum engagement and performance.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics to assess campaign performance, optimize content delivery, and refine strategies for ongoing improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure retail media initiatives align with broader business goals and maintain consistent messaging.
  • Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of trends in digital signage and retail media, ensuring the company maintains its competitive edge.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting and financial planning to allocate resources effectively and meet financial targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in retail media, digital signage, or a related industry, with a focus on large-screen networks and content management.
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer behavior, retail operations, and digital engagement in physical spaces.
  • Proven success in developing and executing commercial strategies that drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Strong experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize media performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
