You will be the face of a high-end residential community, providing exceptional service and personalized attention to residents and guests. Reporting to the Concierge Manager, your role is essential in creating a seamless living experience that reflects the standards of luxury and discretion. Our property consists of 588 residential units spanning 39 floors with 85,000 sqft of amenity spaces.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options
- Assist with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the concierge desk, including managing guest check-ins/check-outs, luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and reservations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and preferences to provide personalized service
- Ensure all guest requests and inquiries are handled promptly and professionally, always maintaining the highest standards of service
Address guest complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner, finding appropriate solutions to ensure guest satisfaction
- Responsible for immediate acknowledgement of all guests and assisting all guests throughout lobby and reception area with all requests (i.e. registration, check-out, special requests or preferences, itinerary, etc.Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must possess basic computational ability
Keep accurate records of all arrangements made
Qualifications
- Prior experience in luxury hospitality, high-end retail, or concierge services.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with professional individuals.
- Impeccable grooming and adherence to luxury service standards.
- Knowledge of local attractions, fine dining, and exclusive events.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and discretion.
- Proficiency in managing reservations, logistics, and coordinating third-party vendors.
- Calm and composed under pressure, with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with access control systems and residential management software (a plus).
- Excellent documentation and report-writing skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Ability to lift up to 25lbs as needed.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
