Were seeking a Lead AI Engineer with expertise in Generative AI, Python, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). 
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Lead the development of AI solutions, focusing on Gen AI and RAG models </li>
<li>Design, build, and optimize AI pipelines in Python </li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into business processes </li>
<li>Stay updated on emerging AI trends and technologies </li>

Requirements:

<li>Proven experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on Gen AI </li>
<li>Strong proficiency in Python; experience with RAG frameworks preferred </li>
<li>Ability to manage and mentor engineering teams </li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills </li>
