Job Description
The Assistant General Manager will play a key role in supporting operational, analytical, and clinical initiatives across the Florida market. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills to ensure efficient processes and support the care team. The role spans analytics, market operations, clinical operations, onboarding, and other critical projects to drive success and quality in daily activities.
This position is located in Miami, Tampa or Jacksonville Florida.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute biweekly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports, including Market Performance data.
- Track and share care team metrics to inform decision-making and improve team performance.
- Generate ad hoc reports to meet operational and strategic needs.
- Conduct monthly Quality Assurance (QA) reviews of pod attribution.
- Manage the review and follow-up process for unsigned notes with care team members.
- Route FoneMed messages (if not managed by the Engagement Team).
- Maintain and oversee care team schedule templates to optimize resource allocation.
- Manage and update the 2024 Florida Care Transitions Tracker in collaboration with clinical teams.
- Ensure seamless tracking and reporting of clinical operations to support patient care.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules in partnership with Human Resources (HR).
- Collaborate with HR and Credentialing to follow up on outstanding tasks with candidates and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
- Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years in healthcare operations, analytics, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with clinical workflows, onboarding, and credentialing processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to adapt and multitask in a dynamic environment.
