Description
Working in a collaborative team environment, maintain the configuration of providers, locations, groups, plans, and benefit limits in the managing system. Ensure accurate and timely completion of production tickets assigned to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Essential Functions
Add and update Benefit Limits, Groups, Plans, new providers, and new locations in the system
Upload fee schedules
Responsible for accurate set up of Direct Deposits
Configure and provide appropriate Web portal access to client
Generate and deliver reports as requested, timely and accurately
Responsible for new business configuration setups following established processes/protocols
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
2 years of experience in health insurance information and data management systems.
Strong understanding of health plan terminology
Computer proficient, including Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
Must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Highly motivated and reliable individual with a strong sense of urgency
Strong Communication skills (Verbal and written)
Must be able to meet tight deadlines
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and production tickets simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
Follow prescribed directions, processes, and protocols

$16 - $20
