The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in running the restaurant. This leader must be able to think like an owner as he/she oversees key performance metrics, enhances the overall guest experience, creates and implements performance reviews, and helps develop the Team Leaders and Team Members to create capacity for future growth. Non-Negotiables Trains, coaches, and guides team members during the shift - ensuring that all communication and tools are being used and followed - in a continuous effort to achieve operational excellence, effective communication, and uncommon hospitality every day on every shift Manages the team's appearance and performance Able to communicate with other Managers and team members in a professional manner Manages the shift to ensure the lowest possible wait times and amazing hospitality while driving sales, reducing waste and upholding quality standards Manages shift labor to ensure proper staff utilization, team member breaks and overall labor efficiency during the shifts Assists in ensuring compliance with all BURGERFI standards as well as all local, state and federal safety, health, employment and liquor laws
