Tasks
- Installation, management and administration of our AMOS (N-tier) application
- Database management (PostgreSQL, Patroni, Pgbackrest)
- Daily systems monitoring
- Technical second and third-level support
- Support customers during implementation and daily operations
- Troubleshooting, performance tuning, backup and recovery
- Working as a team player and collaborate with our offices in Basel and Singapore
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong Linux system administration skills
- DBA experience in SQL databases / PostgreSQL
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS)
- Networking fundamentals
- Experience in understanding N-tier applications
- Ability for troubleshooting
- Team player and customer-oriented mindset
Must have: A US nationality or permanent residence permit is required due to the national regulation regarding the work visa.
Desirable
- 2+ years experience in Linux systems administration
- Experience or knowledge in project management is an asset
