Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Data Pipeline Management: Design, develop, and manage data pipelines using Azure services like Data Factory, Synapse, ADLS, and Databricks.
Infrastructure Management: Provision, configure, manage, and monitor Azure resources including storage accounts, virtual machines, and databases.
Security and Compliance: Implement and manage security protocols using Azure Monitor, Defender for Cloud, and other tools. Ensure compliance with data security standards.
Automation: Automate infrastructure deployment using IaC tools such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM, and Ansible.
Containerization & Deployment: Manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure container services.
Troubleshooting: Provide on-call support and handle Azure support tickets, including troubleshooting performance issues, connectivity issues, and resource configuration.
Disaster Recovery: Design and implement disaster recovery solutions to ensure high availability in a hybrid environment.

Microsoft Fabric Experience:
AI Knowledge: Background in AI or machine learning technologies.
Azure Administration: Ability to teach Azure administration and troubleshooting.
Azure Ticketing: Experience handling customer support tickets related to Azure services.
On-Prem/Cloud Experience: Knowledge in managing and migrating on-premises workloads to Azure.
Strong Programming Skills: Proficient in Python and other relevant languages.
Azure Expertise:
Hands-on experience with Azure services including storage accounts, key vaults, function apps, logic apps, app services, and virtual machines.
Proficiency in Azure security and monitoring solutions like Azure Monitor, Defender for Cloud, Application Insights, and Log Analytics Workspace.
Designing and developing data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, ADLS, and Databricks.
Hands-on experience with disaster recovery solutions in a hybrid environment.
Azure Networking: Good understanding of private endpoints, service endpoints, Azure DNS, virtual networks, VPN gateways, ExpressRoute, load balancing solutions, and other networking components.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Knowledge of Terraform, Bicep, ARM, Ansible, and similar tools.
Containerization: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ACR, ACI, and container apps.
Azure Governance: Experience managing Azure identities, governance, and security including Azure AAD, Azure Policy, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and RBAC.
