Enterprise Information Environment & Configuration Management Lead
Job Description
Tyto Athene is searching for aEIE and CM Lead to manage architecture and configuration efforts for a U.S. government IT and cyber services contract in Doral, Florida. In this position, you implement enterprise solutions that support the United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES) 2 program. You coordinate the design, deployment, and maintenance of interoperable, standards-based systems that address operational needs within the USSOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).As the EIE and CM Lead, you apply configuration management methods that maintain consistent and accessible information. You align systems and architectures with USSOUTHCOM's strategic and operational objectives. You use cyber-informed engineering principles to ensure resilience, security, and scalability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute configuration management approaches that maintain accurate, accessible information.
- Guide the design, integration, and maintenance of an enterprise information environment that supports USSOUTHCOM's priorities.
- Deploy standards-based, interoperable IT systems and applications that enhance mission capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align people, processes, and technology.
- Apply cyber-informed engineering practices to secure and scale IT systems.
- Use change management processes to handle system updates while minimizing disruptions.
- Collaborate with program leadership to ensure technical solutions address mission requirements.
- Monitor system performance and address issues early.
- Follow DoD standards, USSOUTHCOM policies, and industry best practices.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience designing and implementing system architecture and configuration management frameworks in large enterprise environments.
- Experience deploying standards-based IT systems aligned with mission needs.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture, IT service management, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with diverse stakeholders under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desired:
- Master's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or Engineering.
- Experience with DoD environments or combatant commands.
- Familiarity with USSOUTHCOM's mission, structure, and goals.
- Knowledge of CM standards and tools (ITIL, CMMI, ISO/IEC).
- Experience managing IT services under DoD regulations, including NIST and eMASS.
