Executive Assistant to the National Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our National Manager and branch operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving efficiency and organizational success.
Responsibilities
•Provide executive administrative support, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
•Coordinate and oversee various projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
•Serve as a personal assistant when required, handling confidential information with discretion.
•Manage monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) reports, including expenses and profitability tracking.
•Conduct initial recruiting calls to screen candidates and determine appropriate hand-offs to the National Manager.
•Develop and coordinate presentations for various meetings and events.
•Plan and manage travel arrangements and event details, including presentation materials.
•Create and present weekly and monthly dashboards to track team and branch progress.
•Identify and implement opportunities for enhanced efficiency within the branch and team operations.
•Manage all marketing and social media efforts, including coordination, posting, and growth strategies.
•Respond to messages and voicemails, booking meetings as necessary.
•Serve as the liaison between the corporate office and the branch for onboarding and training new employees.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree preferred.
•Relevant Experience preferred.
•Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
•Strong project coordination abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines.
•Experience in event planning and execution.
•Excellent calendar management skills to prioritize competing demands.
•Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
•Proficiency in marketing, social media coordination, and presentation tools.
•Ability to analyze data and create actionable reports.
