Job Overview:

The position is responsible for leading menu board strategy, merchandising creative & execution for all BK US. The position is also responsible for supervising local marketing creative and managing merchandising agency and menu board vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing national merchandising in support of the national calendar in a timely and accurate manner while leading menu board strategy, food photography, creative, & execution
  • Ongoing cross-functional team alignment between Calendar, Brand Management, Analytics, Operations, Digital, & Content
  • Responsible for scheduling digital menu boards and ensuring smooth content implementation
  • Serves as a point of contact for field marketing teams for merchandising support
  • Supports the gift card program and other in restaurant initiatives

Essential Duties

  • Manages two direct reports (Local marketing Sr. Analyst and Marketing Communications Manager)
  • Cross functional collaboration with Calendar, Brand Management, Analytics, Operations, Digital, & Content
  • Manage multiple agencies & vendors to deliver menu board content & other merchandising elements
  • Oversees the process of maintaining the digital menu boards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field and/or equivalent experience required
  • 4+ years previous experience, 1+ year of people management experience
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational and project management skills
  • Good time management and critical thinking skills, skilled in solving problems and making decisions
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and motivate others
  • Agency / Vendor management
