ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are building out a world-class Business Operations team to drive mission-critical initiatives and unblock the next phase of hyper-growth for Jack Archer, one of our Marquee brands. In this role, you will support the Operations organization owning the research, ideation, planning and execution of new product launches for our apparel brands. You will be a guiding force to our Marketing and Design teams, and you will collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Finance and Engineering.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own end-to-end: analysis, research, conceptualization and planning of new product development based on the brand guidelines
  • Stay updated on current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market demands to guide design choices and provide informed customer recommendations
  • Can budget time, manage several projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • Maintain adherence to internal and customer calendar dates, ensuring timely delivery of product presentations and meeting customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of private label and SMU design initiatives, in particular with storefronts, marketing and Creative Studio team
  • Provide the leadership team with data-driven insights and solutions to assess the impact of NPD

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • Experience in sourcing/ buying/merchandising ideally for Apparel
  • Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform and inspire your creative work
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of improving efficiency
  • Creative thinker with problem solving skills
  • Experience at a high growth apparel DTC brand is a plus
