Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Type: Full-time; Temporary
Schedule: 1st or 2nd Shift (On-call)
HH Staffing is seeking a Concierge to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Greet and assist residents and guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Facilitate move-ins, move-outs, and maintenance requests.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and administrative tasks.
- Create and share newsletters, announcements, and event calendars.
- Plan community events to foster engagement.
- Support emergency response procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Must be able to work Holidays as needed.
