Position Details:
Title: Medical Sales Rep
Location: Remote, home-based role in the Miami, FL area.
Shift: Standard daytime business hours Monday - Friday
Compensation: $80K starting base salary. Your commission rate is consistent for both new or existing accounts, and you will always receive your base salary. At plan you will earn $45K in variable commission. Above plan is 10% on the dollar, uncapped. If plan is attained, the comp for year two at plan goes to $140K, and upon Senior Rep status (hitting plan twice), the target income at plan is $155K. After two full years in the territory, Long Term Incentive is available for two years of sales / two years of plan. Annual opportunity is $35K. Top performing Senior Reps are earning $190K-$210K.

Travel: Territory includes Southern Florida, so very few, if any, overnights.
Position Description: As a Medical Sales Rep you will generate sales by establishing and maintaining relationships within your territory, leveraging your understanding of distribution channels and key industry leaders. You will be responsible to hit established sales goals by developing and sustaining profitable sales growth at assigned accounts. In this role, you will:
Develop/maintain profitable and sustainable sales growth within territory of all Company products.
Manage large complex accounts, internally and externally.
Develop key account plans for assigned accounts; implement account strategy.
Maintain thorough understanding of the customers' distribution channels.
Implement and manage the effective delivery of key customer programs including communication strategies, customer training, issue resolution and utilization reporting.
Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders and your team members to ensure the successful delivery of services to your customers.
Investigate, track, and resolve customer and client concerns; identify trends and implement solutions.
Keep strong communication lines open with Regional Sales Manager.
Determine customers' unmet needs and translate internally for adequate follow up.
Manage the overall customer satisfaction and profitability of key accounts.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending engineering meetings and discussions.
Requirements: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, valid drivers license, solid driving record, and a good credit score to hold a company expense card.
