Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Implement and optimize end-to-end Power BI infrastructure, including intake processes, version control, release pipelines, data migrations, and business delivery.
Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot dashboards to ensure data integrity, resolve latency issues, and maintain optimal performance.
Lead and mentor Power BI developers, ensuring best practices are followed while managing and tracking project progress.
Collaborate on analytics infrastructure, including designing schemas, writing complex queries, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing database solutions.
Perform database testing, warehouse documentation, and implement reconciliation/validation frameworks to improve data warehousing processes.
Conduct ad hoc data quality checks, manual fixes, and data issue remediation processes while integrating data from multiple sources to support documented business requirements.
Work on financial projects by delivering high-quality dashboards that meet deadlines and support critical business decisions, ensuring data quality and release processes are maintained.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain effective communication, manage expectations, and establish processes for intake, backlog management, and dashboard delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
3+ years of expertise in Power BI Development, including implementing infrastructure, version control, and monitoring dashboards at scale.
Experience identifying and resolving latency issues, managing tenant-level controls, and ensuring resource logging and monitoring.
Strong SQL skills with experience in database design, data profiling, statistical analysis, data standardization/cleansing, and implementing reconciliation/validation frameworks.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
