Job Description:
•Point of contact for incoming vendors (food vendors, HVAC, janitorial, etc.)
•Supporting client (Market Managers)
•Event Setup
•Ordering Catering
•New office, Business Professional office
•Greeting people at the door/letting them in
•Answering Emails and Slack Messages mainly regarding coordinating catering needs
Years of Experience needed: 1-2 years preferred
Level of Education: HS Diploma
Systems/Software proficiencies: Microsoft Office (mainly Outlook), Slack Experience
Certifications/Licenses: NA
Top Must have Skills: Concierge experience, organizational skills
Top Nice to have Skills: Bilingual (English-Spanish)
