Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, swiftly addressing urgent issues to ensure operational continuity.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime

Responsibilities:
Knowledge of HVAC repairs, maintenance, and installation techniques
Ability to diagnose and resolve problems
Ability to use hand and power tools associated with the HVAC field of AC
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a maintenance role, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the hospitality industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated effective communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
