<li>Requirements: Must be board certified in FM or IM</li>
<li>On-site resources:
<ul>
<li>Cardiologist, Podiatrist, Acupuncturist, Social worker</li>
<li>Lab, X-Ray, Ultra Sound</li>
<li>Dispensary of over 200 meds - No narcotics </li>
