Job Title: Pre-Cast Quality Control Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Pre-Cast Quality Control Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of pre-cast concrete products through thorough inspection and testing during the manufacturing process. Your expertise will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of quality and safety. We are seeking candidates for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre/post check inspections of pre-cast concrete elements to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Perform tests on pre-cast concrete samples, including strength, durability, and consistency tests.
• Document and report on quality control findings, maintaining accurate records of inspections and test results.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures.
• Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and skills related to quality control and pre-cast production.
• Ensure all safety guidelines and regulations are followed during testing and inspections.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality control or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a quality control role, ideally within the pre-cast concrete industry.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in using testing equipment and tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Comfortable working in a production environment.
