Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Job DescriptionLHH is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to support a range of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, borrowings, and more. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and work closely with attorneys, clients, and other professionals in the real estate sector.

Oversee due diligence for a variety of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing deals.

Analyze and summarize title commitments and survey results to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Partner with title companies to resolve title issues and secure title policies.

Proficiently use Qualia and other closing platforms to facilitate seamless transactions.

Draft and file essential real estate documents such as deeds, mortgages, memoranda of leases, and UCC financing statements.

Coordinate the collection of permits and required documents from government agencies.

Organize and distribute closing binders, ensuring all necessary documents are in place.

Prepare and manage closing checklists to ensure timely and efficient closings on commercial real estate transactions.

Apply a thorough understanding of real estate law, title examination, foreclosures, REOs, and financing documents throughout the process.

Collaborate effectively with attorneys, clients, lenders, sellers, and other parties to ensure a smooth transition from contract to closing.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions.

Strong understanding of real estate law and related documentation.

Experience working with title reviews, closings, and financing documents.

Proficiency with Qualia or similar closing platforms.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.

Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver quality results while managing multiple assignments.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
