Now hiring several full-time skilled Maintenance Technicians for apartment communities throughout Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater, FL!

Apartment maintenance technicians are responsible for general maintenance at the apartment community.
Will be responsible for make readies, turns and work orders.

Excellent customer service experience required and must have at least 1 year apartment maintenance experience, and a reliable vehicle.
Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.
Will be responsible for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair and a variety of maintenance tasks, including cleaning up the grounds, at our communities.

Electrical
Plumbing
Appliance
Repair

Painting and Dry Wall Repair
HVAC certification and experience a plus but not required
Must be authorized to work in the US Competitive salary offered
