This full-time position, generally working from Monday to Friday with some Saturdays, requires on-call availability for maintenance emergencies on a rotational basis.

YOUR ROLE

As a Residential Maintenance Technician at Providence Real Estate, you're entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring our residents enjoy safe, comfortable living spaces that are impeccably maintained. Your dedication contributes to resident satisfaction, making units move-in ready for new tenants, and promptly addressing work orders from current residents. Your attention to detail extends to the preservation of the highest standards of cleanliness and appeal in both the grounds and common areas.

You are a steadfast presence during after-hours onsite emergencies, showing a calm and responsive demeanor. Regular maintenance of equipment is conducted in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Your role encompasses leadership, organizational finesse, record-keeping precision, and terrific problem-solving. You are a valuable face of our residential property management company!

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Your qualifications for this role should include:

• Relevant educational background
• Prior experience in maintenance

HVAC certification is a plus, but it isn't required.
