Our organization is seeking an experienced Permanent Luxury Home Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing luxury residential construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. You will be the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring all project requirements are met and the project is delivered on time and within budget. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage luxury residential construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
2. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
3. Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard.
4. Liaise with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project plans and specifications are accurately implemented.
5. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
6. Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the construction process.
7. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, including any changes to schedule or budget.
8. Ensure all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and invoices, are accurately maintained and updated.
9. Implement and manage quality control procedures to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship is achieved.
10. Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing residential construction projects, with a focus on luxury homes.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
8. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
9. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
10. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
