We are looking for a passionate and caring Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist. The ideal candidate should be eager to work with children and committed to making a meaningful difference in their lives. This role offers flexible scheduling options.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders and determine treatment goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each child, focusing on improving speech and language skills.

• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to children, incorporating a variety of techniques and strategies to facilitate progress.

• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to provide guidance and training on strategies to support speech and language development at home.

• Continuously track and document the progress of each child, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.

• Pediatric experience, preferably in an outpatient clinical setting.

• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
