RN, Med-Surg Oncology- Tallahassee, FL (Sign on Bonus up to $20K)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift: Day/Night

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. As an Oncology RN, you will provide care and treatment to adult patients dealing with cancer-related conditions in a patient-centered care model.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Collect and assess comprehensive data regarding the patient's health or condition.

· Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary care team.

· Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and health issues.

· Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.

· Act as a patient safety advocate throughout the care process.

Job Requirements:

· Associate degree in nursing is required and BSN is preferred.

· Current BLS certification is required.

· Active RN license in the state of Florida or the ability to obtain licensure before starting.

· 1 year of recent RN experience is required.

· ACLS must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
