Summary

SIGN ON BONUS
As a bicycle technician you will provide exceptional technical services, ensuring that bicycles are well-maintained, repaired accurately, and assembled correctly. By delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service, a technician contributes to the store's overall success and promotes a positive cycling experience for our customers.

Duties

As a Service Technician, you’ll work hands-on with bikes every day—whether troubleshooting repairs, servicing and assembling all types of bikes, or supporting the sales floor. No two days are the same. Your focus on details and methodical problem-solving will ensure our customers love every ride.

While previous bicycle shop experience is a plus, it’s not mandatory. What’s more important is that you are mechanically inclined and have a strong desire to learn and grow. If you bring those qualities, we can help you succeed in this role.

You’ll play a key role, using your mechanical skills and eagerness to learn, while ensuring top-notch service for every customer. We value your genuine concern for customers and your drive to solve their problems.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
Production Performance: Service bikes with a focus on timely repairs and assist with assembly and accessorizing to support the sales floor.
Financial Performance: Engage with customers to ensure they have everything for the best cycling experience.
Operations Performance: Maintain a clean, organized Service Department and back-stock area, staying current on policies and procedures.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: MUST HAVE A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AND BE AVAILABLE FOR WEEKEND SHIFTS TO INCLUDE THURSDAY/FRIDAY/SATURDAY/SUNDAY
